When we face the circumstances of life, we instantly react.
These reactions are typically emotion driven and depending on how we react will determine the outcome.
With that being said, what questions do you ask yourself in certain situations? Or rather what do you focus on?
Are they questions like, “What could go wrong? What should I fear or worry about? What can’t I control?”
Are you asking yourself, “What about this situation can I control? What lesson can I learn? Will this matter in five years?”
The first set of questions is being reactive and that is how mast humans are wired today; react, react, react!
The second set of questions requires self-awareness and being still in the moment to avoid emotionally reacting and making things worse.
In order to get the better results, we must ask ourselves better questions.
