I don’t have any “special” words for today, but I will be transparent.
I am not going to sugar coat it, today has been a rough day.
Everyone has them, but not everyone talks about them.
This leads to stress and anxiety.
You have anxiety because you aren’t talking about your dark moments.
Your anxiety can lead to depression.
Your depression can lead to suicidal thoughts and possible attempts.
This is real and raw stuff! It happens EVERY DAY!
Talk about everything, feel the emotions, respect the moments; dark or light.
There is nothing to fear or be anxious about when it is all out in the open and there is no where to hide.
Check on the ones you love. Check on the ones that need it. Check on the ones that you don’t know need it.
