Core Value #5 – Consistency in Everything

If you want to stop worrying, overthinking, being stressed and depressed, start taking action…consistent action!

If you want a different result, here is what you need to do:

  1. Become self-aware that you are unsatisfied with something
  2. Vision what you want (tell the truth)
  3. Think new thoughts
  4. Feel new emotions
  5. Perform new actions
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 as much as possible until new belief and result is formed

Being self-aware and taking ownership is the hard part. Consistency is what makes the process easier.

Consistency creates habits.

Performing the habit long enough will create discipline. Discipline is doing something when you absolutely do not want to or when circumstances are not ideal.

Consistency eventually leads to success, or simply, what it is you want the result to be.
