What does having integrity mean to you?

To me it is doing and saying what is right, especially when no one is around. It is doing what you say you are going to do. If you say you are going to stop hitting snooze on your alarm in the morning, you need to hold your standard and get out of bed the moment you think about it!

The standard is the “line drawn in the sand”. You are either on the side of integrity or the side of dishonesty with yourself. The line does not move, you do not waiver from the standard that is set.

This goes for everything in life! No matter the pressure to be dishonest, holding the standard will ALWAYS be the best decision.

When you do and say the right thing, the truth, you have nothing to hide.
